Two Week Challenge

Yup, my gym bag is packed, and I am gonna do it...I will challenge myself to go to the gym/ workout in some way, shape, form for 2 weeks straight (*Experts have said that it usually takes about 2 weeks to form a new habit). I am usually pretty good at working out regularly (3x per week); yet, with school finals and all the holiday fiasco, I have gone off course. So, hopefully this challenge will get me back on track. Who's with me?! 

PS. My current workout-mentality is: Do it to be healthy and de-stress, nothing more, nothing less.


  1. I am onboard with this challenge :). So excited. Needed that extra motivation that someone else was doing it as well.

  2. Ditto....Ive also promised myself to explore different types of exercise so that I dont bore myself with just runn miles on a treadmill. Springboard/reform pilates here I come!
